Brian is a partner at Lockridge Grindal Nauen. His practice focuses on plaintiffs’-side antitrust class actions and e-discovery advice for businesses of all sizes. Brian frequently presents at CLEs regarding e-discovery, served on the Minnesota State Bar Association E-Discovery Working Group, is a Member of the Sedona Conference WG1, and is a Board Member for the Twin Cities Chapter of the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists (ACEDS). Brian has also taught an e-discovery seminar at the University of Minnesota Law School for five years.
