Mike serves as Corporate Counsel at DISH Network L.L.C., where he is responsible for managing the company’s eDiscovery and information governance activities. During his time at DISH, Mike has overhauled the company’s data preservation and collection processes, built a team that has internalized many formerly-outsourced activities, and revamped DISH’s policies and processes regarding information governance and data retention. Before joining DISH, Mike was an associate at Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP in Philadelphia. While at DBR, Mike represented clients in intellectual property litigation and counseled clients in eDiscovery and data governance matters.
