Jake is a partner in the Minneapolis office of Robins Kaplan LLP. As the leader of Robins Kaplan’s Health and Life Sciences Industry Group, he has extensive experience with complex cases at all stages of litigation. He regularly handles complex cases involving regulatory, constitutional, and intellectual property litigation, often in challenging regulatory environments. His client-focused approach to the law has resulted in multiple seven- and eight-figure jury verdicts and high-stakes defense wins. In addition to his legal practice, he is frequently requested to speak on topics such as alternative fee agreements, trial skills, and strategies, and the presentation of experts in complex cases.
