Eric is a retired Partner/Principal at EY.  Recognized by Chambers and Partners as a "Tier 1" practitioner, he is a global thought leader and testifying expert with nearly 30 years experience advising clients in the fields of eDiscovery, data privacy, and cross-border discovery. He is a founding and active member of the Sedona Conference Working Group on Electronic Document Retention and Production, where he now serves on the Steering Committee. Eric is also an original and active member of the Sedona Conference Working Group on International Disclosure, Discovery, and Privacy.
