Michelle is Of Counsel to the Cooley Litigation department and its IP group where her practice focuses on patent litigation. She currently serves as Chair of the ABA Intellectual Property Section, Ethics and Professional Responsibility Committee. Michelle teaches at Stanford and Santa Clara law schools and serves on the boards of several bay area non-profits. She is a member of The Sedona Conference Working Group 1 and contributor to The Sedona Conference Primer on Social Media (2012). Michelle is a frequent speaker on a range of issues related to IP, e-discovery, and ethics and executive leadership.
