Anthony is a Co-Head of Reed Smith’s Global IP, Tech & Data Group, and is also a member of the Records & E-Discovery, Complex Litigation, and FinTech teams. His practice is focused on e-discovery, information governance, data privacy, and data security. As a commercial litigator with experience in internal and regulatory investigations, Anthony brings a litigator’s approach to managing risk associated with data. He counsels large financial institutions, pharmaceutical and healthcare companies, and manufacturers on all aspects of discovery and management of electronic information. He was an editor and author of the Electronic Discovery Deskbook, a treatise published by PLI, from its original publication in 2009 through 2015.  Anthony is active in The Sedona Conference, and has been recognized by Chambers USA and Global in E-Discovery for the last five years. He is a frequent speaker on e-discovery and information governance issues and has published numerous articles on these topics.
