He specializes in the development, licensing and software-as-a-service, hosting-as-a-service and platform-as-a-service arrangements for emerging and leading technology companies; data licensing in the fintech and cryptocurrency space; blockchain validation agreements in connection with novel cryptocurrency projects; patent acquisition and cross-licensing arrangements in the financial and semi-conductor industries; and synthetic joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions and capital market transactions across an array of industries, to name a few.
