Shauna Itri
Shauna is a partner at Seeger Weiss LLP. She concentrates her practice on complex litigation, including representing plaintiffs in class actions, mass tort litigation, and whistleblowers in qui tam or False Claims Act lawsuits in state and federal courts throughout the United States. Shauna has worked on a variety of cases that have returned well over $3 billion to the state and federal governments pursuant to the False Claims Acts. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Shauna received a B.A. and an M.A. from Stanford University, where she captained the University’s Women’s soccer team and received her J.D. from Villanova University. Shauna is frequently the author of published materials and speaks regularly at national and regional conferences on all aspects of complex litigation. Shauna is an avid volunteer and educator. She has taught as an adjunct professor for many years at Widener University and Villanova University.
