Daniel been selected by California’s Daily Journal as a Top 25 and Top 30 Plaintiffs Lawyer in California, and in 2021, received its “California Lawyer Attorney of the Year” award for his work in the MGM Shooting cases. He currently serves as the 2021 President-Elect for the Orange County Bar Association.
