Dave is the Director of Litigation at Juniper Networks, a role he has held since June of 2019 and is responsible for all litigations and other disputes that Juniper faces. The majority of the litigation for which Dave is responsible is patent litigation brought by patent holders against Juniper. Prior to joining Juniper, Dave worked in-house for Immersion Corporation, where he was responsible for patent licensing and litigation efforts. Before going in-house, Dave practiced patent litigation in private practice at Dechert LLP, Kaye Scholer LLP, and Fisch Sigler LLP, representing companies in high-stakes patent litigations in Federal Courts around the country. Dave has a Computer Science & Engineering degree from Bucknell University and a JD from Santa Clara University School of Law.
