Megan is Associate General Counsel, eDiscovery & Information Governance at Meta Platforms, Inc. In this role Megan provides legal and technical advice in Meta’s litigation, regulatory, and information governance matters globally. Megan has served as an in-house corporate lawyer for over 14 years. Prior to Meta, Megan was Senior Counsel, Litigation for Hyatt Hotels Corporation. Megan began her legal career as a government lawyer with the City of Chicago and the Kane County States Attorney’s Office. She is a graduate of DePaul College of Law and The Ohio State University.
