Ashley Picker Dubin
Ashley is Counsel at Day Pitney LLP, where she advises clients in complex commercial litigation, investigations, eDiscovery and information governance. She participates in 26(f) conferences, negotiates ESI protocols, and directs use of artificial intelligence in discovery. Ashley works across multiple practice areas to tailor strategies and discovery management plans for clients in the U.S., U.K., Europe, South America, and Singapore. She assists clients in all phases of discovery, from preservation and collection to review and production of large volumes of data, as well as expert discovery on subjects related to forensics and ESI. Ashley serves as eDiscovery liaison in jurisdictions across the United States, negotiating TAR protocols, and litigating motions related to discovery disputes. She develops internal and external discovery guidelines addressing each phase of the EDRM, including innovative uses of AI, TAR, predictive coding, advanced analytics and related forms of data evaluation and analysis.
