Amandine Métier
Amandine’s practice focuses on patent litigation. She is admitted to the Paris bar and regularly appears in first instance and appeal proceedings. She has handled many litigation matters in various technical fields such as telecommunications, medical devices, chemistry, pharmacy as well as mechanics. Amandine has experience in international disputes concerning standard essential patents and Frand licences. She also has expertise in the pharmaceutical field including litigation in relation to SPCs. She also develops her expertise in the context of arbitral procedures. Amandine holds a master degree in industrial property law from the Panthéon-Assas University (Paris II) and a degree in domestic and international arbitration law from the University of Montpellier.
