Kristin Walinski
Kristin is the owner and founder of Scribe, a legal and B2B content marketing consultancy based in Richmond, Virginia. Her ghostwritten work has appeared in a variety of media, including Forbes and Corporate Counsel. Before starting Scribe, Kristin served as in-house counsel to a Fortune 200 corporation and as an employment lawyer with McGuireWoods LLP. She is also a former adjunct faculty member of the University of Richmond School of Law, where she taught legal writing courses. She is a member of the Sedona Conference and has been a member of drafting teams for Working Group 1 on Electronic Document Retention and Production and Working Group 6 on International Electronic Information Management, Discovery and Disclosure. Kristin earned her law degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s degree in English and history, with a concentration in American Studies, from the University of Virginia.
