Jennifer represents clients ranging from individuals to Fortune 500 companies around the country in complex class action, financial services, government procurement, and forensic discovery litigation. She specializes in trade secret, non-compete, executive employment, and business divorce litigation, representing employers and employees nationwide in disputes relating to theft of trade secrets, non-compete and non-disclosure agreements, and other employee mobility issues. Her work includes litigating all forms of injunctive relief, as well as expertise in the use of forensic investigative techniques to identify suspected data theft and monitor compliance. Jennifer serves on the Board of Trustees for the Ohio Women's Bar Association, chairs the Diversity and Inclusion Committee and serves on the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee for the Women’s Fund of Central Ohio.
