Anne Kathleen Davis
Anne is a partner in Bleichmar Fonti & Auld’s Oakland, California office where she is a member of the Consumer & Antitrust litigation groups. She litigates data privacy, antitrust, consumer, and securities class actions. Anne focuses her practice on consumer class actions involving the unauthorized taking and disclosure of consumer information. Anne is a key member of the litigation team of In re: Facebook, Inc. Consumer Privacy User Profile Litigation, the class action arising out of the Cambridge Analytica scandal. The pending $725 million Facebook settlement represents the largest settlement ever of a privacy class action in the United States. In the privacy sector, Anne is litigating In re Google RTB Consumer Privacy Litigation, a nationwide class action challenging Google’s practice of sharing and selling users’ personal information through Google’s digital ad auction system. In addition to her involvement in Sedona, she serves on the Education Committee of the California Lawyers Association’s Antitrust and Unfair Competition Law Section.
