Travis Bustamante
Travis is a partner at Nelson Mullins, and his litigation practice focuses on electronic discovery, data breach response efforts, and helping companies respond to government investigations and regulator inquiries. He works with clients in state and federal courts on issues of discovery strategy and provides counsel regarding information governance, fact investigations, document review strategies, attorney-client privilege, discovery motions practice, and document productions. Travis’s experience includes counseling Fortune 500 healthcare, financial services, automotive, and pharmaceutical clients in large-scale litigation and on all phases of the EDRM. Pre-litigation, he counsels clients on strategies to address the ever-growing volume of data and defends those strategies in the event they face challenges during future litigation. His eDiscovery work has been recognized by Chambers USA and the Legal 500. Travis received his undergraduate degree from the University of Mississippi and his J.D. from Washington & Lee University School of Law.
