Scott is a Principal in Ernst & Young LLP’s Forensic & Integrity Services practice and leads the eDiscovery business for the Americas. He has over 20 years of Big 4 experience in eDiscovery, data analytics, incident response and digital forensics. As the eDiscovery leader, Scott responds to the needs of EY’s clients both locally and globally by building and leading teams with diverse backgrounds and guiding them through delivery of exceptional client service. His comprehensive end-to-end understanding of the electronic discovery lifecycle has positioned him to lead complex global matters for many Fortune 500 companies and their counsel. Scott serves on EY’s Diversity & Inclusiveness council, where he specifically focuses on gaining greater inclusion of special needs individuals in the marketplace. Scott sits on the board of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Gulf Coast chapter.
