Hon. Randall Wilson (ret.)
Judge Wilson received his law degree from the University of Houston where he graduated first in his class. He was a partner at Susman Godfrey from 1980 to 2003. Judge Wilson has been board certified in civil trial law since 1988 and is a member of American Board of Trial Advocates. He was appointed judge of the 157th District Court in Harris County in April 2003. The Texas Association of Civil Trial and Appellate Specialists twice selected him Trial Judge of the Year. He served as MDL judge for approximately 1,000 Vioxx cases throughout Texas. Governor Perry commissioned Judge Wilson as a justice to the Texas Supreme Court to hear a complex securities case. He writes frequently in law journals on trial presentation issues.
