Victoria Cundiff
Vicki is a litigation partner at Paul Hastings LLP, and is a leader of the firm’s nationally ranked global trade secrets litigation practice. She has had extensive experience litigating trade secrets, non-compete, “inevitable disclosure,” intellectual property ownership, and other intellectual property and commercial disputes in state and federal courts throughout the U.S., and before a variety of arbitration and mediation tribunals. Vicki also coordinates multi-jurisdictional litigation. As important, she helps her clients with installing proactive measures to guard against misappropriation, and by designing confidential verification protocols for resolving intellectual property use and ownership disputes in and outside of court. A frequent writer and speaker in the field, Vicki teaches classes in intellectual property law as a Visiting Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School and at the University of Pennsylvania Law School and has taught trade secrets law at the University of Virginia Law School. Vicki is currently serving as Chair of The Sedona Conference Working Group 12 on Trade Secrets (WG12).
