Steven Trybus
Steven is a litigator who focuses on trials and appeals of complex patent disputes. He has worked on matters involving a wide variety of technologies. Steven also has worked with technology related to containers, food processing equipment, and other mechanical devices. In addition to litigation in various U.S. district courts, he counsels his clients in the worldwide protection and enforcement of intellectual property and has experience coordinating foreign proceedings, including patent oppositions, as a part of multi-national patent disputes. He also has significant experience in contested proceedings in the United States Patent and Trademark Office. In addition to patent infringement suits, Steven has experience in defending law firms and patent attorneys from allegations of malpractice in the practice of patent law. He is involved with the Federal Circuit Bar Association, the Intellectual Property Owners Association, the American Intellectual Property Law Association, and the American Institute of Chemical Engineers, and he is a member of several other bar associations.
