Working Group 6 on International Electronic Information Management, Discovery and Disclosure will hold a town hall online on November 5, 2020, from 1:00-2:30 pm EST, open to all Working Group Series members.
During the town hall, WG6 Steering Committee members will update members on the ongoing efforts of a number of WG6 brainstorming groups and drafting teams, including:
- International Litigation Principles, Second Edition
- International Legal Holds
- Proportionality in Cross-Border Discovery
- Discovery Under 28 U.S.C. § 1782
- Cross-Border Privilege Issues
There will also be an open forum during the town hall in which WG6 Steering Committee members will seek member input on the future direction of WG6, including ideas for existing and new commentaries and projects. WG6 Steering Committee members will also preview the WG6 Annual Meeting, to be held online in early 2021.
