[Session 1] Data security and privacy issues in civil litigation

A panel of WG11 drafting team members will lead a dialogue on their draft Commentary addressing data security and privacy issues in civil litigation. The dialogue will focus on the team's revised draft, which outlines a number of principles for parties seeking to protect personal data and other sensitive information during litigation.
