The Sedona Conference® is proud to present the Fifth Annual International Programme on Cross-Border Discovery & Data Protection Laws to be conducted June 19-20, 2013 at the acclaimed Swiss Re Centre for Global Dialogue in Zurich, Switzerland. The programme starts with a “meet and greet” at the Centre on Tuesday, June 18 from 8:00PM-9:30PM. Continental Breakfast and Registration for the programme is at 7:30AM Wednesday, June 19 and the programme closes with a grab-and-go lunch at 1:00PM Thursday, June 20.

This invitation-only conference will focus on the practical application of our International Principles to real-world data protection experience. A renowned faculty of data protection authorities, regulators, judges, and practicing attorneys will lead spirited “Sedona-style” dialogues addressing actual dilemmas which arise when data protection laws conflict with U.S. preservation and discovery obligations. Breakouts will explore those genuine predicaments and develop practical cutting-edge solutions.
