The Third Annual Sedona Conference on Antitrust Law & Litigation promises to continue the tradition of combining discussion of the most current theoretical issues with practical advice about counseling and litigation. Among the topics to be discussed are the current status and/or legacy of the "Chicago School" of antitrust economics, and the tension between antitrust and intellectual property laws.

The faculty includes leading practitioners from both the plaintiff and defense bars, top recent government enforcers, well-known antitrust economists, a jury consultant experienced in translating doctrine into a form understandable by jurors, and a well-known federal court of appeals judge who has recently authored an important opinion on significant antitrust issues.

Because of the seminar quality of The Sedona Conference programs, participants will have ample opportunity to engage in meaningful exchanges with this distinguished faculty.

We hope to see you in Sedona!
