Rich is managing partner at Hood, PC, a boutique plaintiffs’ complex products liability firm, where his practice areas include pharmaceutical and medical device litigation with an emphasis on electronic discovery and data transfer matters. Rich formerly worked as an information technology consultant and IT solutions architect. Before practicing law, he designed and implemented various networking and distributed application projects for various Fortune 500 corporations and government agencies. Rich is a member of The Sedona Conference Working Group 1 on Electronic Document Retention and Production (WG1) and a member of the Steering Committee for Working Group 6 on International Electronic Information Management, Discovery and Disclosure (WG6).
