Tor is a member of the Firm’s Management Committee. He has served as lead or co-lead counsel in numerous securities fraud cases that have collectively recovered more than $4.4 billion for investors. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Berkeley, where he was a member of the Moot Court Board. In addition to his successful securities litigation practice, he lectures on topics such as the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and electronic discovery.
