Carol Ludington
After more than thirty years serving as a testifying damages expert in U.S. litigation and U.S. and international arbitrations, Carol currently focuses her practice on dispute consulting, including initial damages analysis and creative dispute resolution processes and strategies. She is a CPA, Certified in Financial Forensics, and a Certified Licensing Professional, with experience in hundreds of complex commercial and intellectual property disputes involving a wide variety of industries and parties. She has served as a neutral, including as sole arbitrator, as a member of three-member arbitral panels, and other neutral roles, is trained as a mediator, and has been actively involved with several domestic and international dispute resolution organizations. Carol is a frequent speaker and author on damages and ADR topics, including use of early attention to damages as a dispute resolution tool.
