Jeane A. Thomas
Jeane is a partner in Crowell & Moring’s Antitrust Group and the Chair of the firm’s E-Discovery practice. She counsels and represents clients in all types of antitrust matters, including mergers and joint ventures, class and individual civil litigation, civil and criminal government investigations, intellectual property and licensing issues, the Hart Scott Rodino Act, and pricing and distribution issues. Jeane also regularly counsels clients on a broad range of e-discovery and information governance issues, as well as cross-border data transfer and data protection/privacy matters. Jeane is a member of The Sedona Conference Working Group 1 on Electronic Document Retention and Production (WG1) and Working Group 6 on International Electronic Information Management, Discovery and Disclosure (WG6), is Co-Chair of the Georgetown Advanced E-Discovery Institute, and has been recognized by clients and peers as a top lawyer in both E-Discovery and Antitrust in Chambers Global and USA.
