Christopher Boehning
Chris is a partner in the Litigation Department and Co-Chair of the International Practice Committee at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. His practice includes complex commercial and civil litigation matters, insurance counseling and litigation, criminal, civil and other regulatory inquiries, internal investigations and international arbitrations. Chris has more than 25 years of regulatory and civil litigation experience representing leading financial institutions and a variety of other global companies in high-stakes matters. He has also represented companies, and their executives, in investigations and related litigation before a wide range of state and federal regulators and enforcement bodies. Chris has served as an adjunct professor at the University of Michigan Law School, where he lectured on litigation strategy and e-discovery. He has spoken at numerous conferences and seminars on such issues, is a regular contributor to The New York Law Journal’s Federal E-Discovery column, and is an ongoing participant in The Sedona Conference Working Group 1 on Electronic Document Retention and Production (WG1) and The Sedona Conference Working Group 6 on International Electronic Information Management, Discovery and Disclosure (WG6).
