Amor A. Esteban
Amor is a partner in DLA Piper LLP (US)’s San Francisco office, and specializes in eDiscovery, records and information management, and data privacy. He has established a worldwide reputation as a result of nearly 28 years of experience in complex litigation. Amor has collaborated with clients in the development of policies and guidelines concerning a wide spectrum of data usage including record retention, preservation, collection, processing, production and retrieval. He is a member of the American Bar Association, where he served as co-chair of the Product Liability Committee for the Section of Litigation; on the ABA’s Task Force on Electronic Discovery; and also serves as an Advisory Board Member for the Bureau of National Affairs’ Class Actions Reporter. Amor is the chair for The Sedona Conference Working Group 6 on International Electronic Information Management, Discovery and Disclosure (WG6) and is a liaison to The Sedona Conference Working Group 1 on Electronic Document Retention and Production (WG1).
