Ariana J. Tadler
Ariana is the founding partner of Tadler Law LLP, one of only a handful of women-owned and -led plaintiffs’ law firms in the country advocating for consumers and investors against corporate fraud and abuse. She is recognized as a leading authority on electronic discovery and, among others, serves actively as Chair Emeritus of the Steering Committee of The Sedona Conference’s Working Group 1 on Electronic Document Retention and Production and the Advisory Boards of Georgetown University Law Center’s Advanced eDiscovery Institute and Bloomberg’s Law Litigation Innovation Board. Effective October 1, 2017, Ariana, by appointment from United States Supreme Court Chief Justice Roberts, is serving a three-year term as a member of the Judicial Conference Advisory Committee on Civil Rules. She is also a Principal in Meta-e Discovery LLC, a data hosting, management, and consulting company, which provides services to and has developed a customized workflow for plaintiffs’ firms.
