Keily serves as Chief Strategy & Operations Officer at OnlyFans.  She is responsible for formulating, implementing, and communicating OnlyFans’ strategic initiatives and future goals to users, commercial partners, and other key stakeholders (including government, law enforcement and NGOs).  As a practicing attorney, Keily is responsible for the enterprise-wide approach to online safety and leads OnlyFans’ communications, human resources, operations, and legal functions.  Keily fundamentally believes that creativity, freedom of expression, and connectivity are at their best in a safe online environment and is committed to making OnlyFans the safest platform in the world for creators and fans.  As a former “Big Law” partner, Keily’s background is in law, operational strategy, and government affairs.  Prior to her role at OnlyFans, Keily was a partner at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP and led the Cyber, Privacy & Data Innovation practice in London.  Keily advised on international privacy, cyber and online safety laws and regulations and helped clients to build effective regulatory relationships including leading internal and external regulatory investigations.  Keily has also served as external legal counsel for privacy and financial service regulators.  Prior to joining Orrick, Keily was a Director at PwC having been a litigator at two international law firms before this.
