In his current role as Director of Legal Operations & Litigation Support, Eric oversees legal operations, eDiscovery, litigation support, and technology projects for Toyota Legal One, the North American Legal department of Toyota Motor Sales, USA, Inc. Eric has extensive practical experience with tactical and strategic eDiscovery issues. He consults with legal teams on technologies and applications that improve efficiency, matter specific ESI collections, processing and production efforts. He also collaborates with services providers on refining methodologies to ensure a high-level of quality and proficiency. Prior to joining Toyota, Mr. Lieber worked as the Associate Director for Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, where he was responsible for application development and system implementations. Eric has worked with legal technologies since 1993.
