Kelly M. Warner
Kelly is a partner in the Chicago office of Riley Safer Holmes & Cancila LLP. Kelly conducts internal investigations, responds to regulators’ inquiries, advises clients on corporate compliance, and represents clients in prosecuting and defending complex civil litigation matters. In addition, Kelly consults with clients and colleagues on eDiscovery obligations and litigation readiness. She is an adjunct professor of law at the Loyola University Chicago School of Law. Kelly is a member of The Sedona Conference Working Group 1 on Electronic Document Retention and Production (WG1). She is the co-chair of the Education Sub-Committee of the Seventh Circuit Pilot Program on Electronic Discovery, and also trained as an eMediator under the Pilot Program’s eMediation program.
