Barry is a Director in Applied Materials’ Global Employment Law Group and leads the Employee Mobility team which handles legal matters arising during the beginning and end of the employee life cycle, including restrictive covenants, antitrust, and IP protection.  Prior to joining Applied, Barry was a Director in Charles Schwab’s Litigation and Regulatory Group, where he handled securities litigation and Schwab’s active docket of restrictive covenant and trade secret enforcement litigation matters in state and federal court and in FINRA arbitration.
