Ross is Deputy Chair and Counsel, E-Discovery at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. In his role, Ross advises the firm’s lawyers and clients on e-discovery law, technology, and best practices and has done so in a wide variety of complex litigations and regulatory investigations. Certified as a Fellow of Information Privacy, Ross also provides guidance on data privacy issues in the context of cross-border discovery. As the head of the Paul, Weiss e-discovery advisory team, Ross oversees the firm’s services for e-discovery, information analytics, technology, and litigation support. Ross serves on The Sedona Conference Working Group 1 on Electronic Document Retention and Production (WG1) Steering Committee and is an active member of Working Group 6 on International Electronic Information Management, Discovery and Disclosure (WG6), and Working Group 11 on Data Security and Privacy Liability (WG11).
