Jennifer is the Chief Legal Officer, Senior Vice President and Secretary at Renmatix, Inc.  Prior to Renmatix, Jenny was a partner at Ballard Spahr in the firm’s Philadelphia office. Her practice, and her work at Renmatix, has always focused on the business, finance and contract side of technology companies, including developing, collaborating in the development of, protecting, licensing, and selling intellectual property and processes and products protected by intellectual property. She served as a Wolcott Clerk to the Delaware Supreme Court. She earned her J.D. from the Delaware Law School, magna cum laude, and her B.A. from Dickinson College, Phi Beta Kappa.
