David is the Global Head of E-Discovery and Information Governance and the U.S. Head of Privacy at Norton Rose Fulbright.   He has a particular focus on global data protection, cross-border discovery, and cyber security.  He is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/E) through the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) and is a  member of the American Law Institute (ALI).  David has been recognized by Chambers and Partners as one of the most prominent thought leaders on e-discovery.
