Gina M. Trimarco
Gina is a litigator who represents a wide array of clients in a variety of complex litigation involving financial services, health care, consumer fraud act, insurance, contract claims, and employment matters. She also counsels clients about all aspects of information governance, from eDiscovery and records management, to data privacy. Gina has more than ten years of experience with project management and has served as national coordinating discovery counsel. She leverages this experience to provide advice on policy, process, and technology to reduce cost and risk. Gina is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Privacy Law Committee and its Internet and Computer Law Committee. She is also a member of the Steering Committee of The Sedona Conference Working Group 1 on Electronic Document Retention and Production (WG1). As a member of Sedona, Gina has served as a senior editor of The Sedona Conference Commentary on Proportionality in Electronic Discovery (August 2010, second edition in January 2013), and team leader of The Sedona Conference Commentary on Privacy and Information Security: Principles and Guidelines for Lawyers, Law Firms, and Other Legal Service Providers (November 2015).
