Benjamin I. Fink
Ben is a shareholder at Berman Fink Van Horn P.C. in Atlanta, Georgia. He concentrates his practice on business and employment litigation with an emphasis on restrictive covenant and trade secret disputes. Ben is a well-respected writer and published author. He lectures regularly on competition-related topics and other legal issues facing businesses and he blogs at Georgia Non-Compete and Trade Secret News. Ben co-authored a chapter on Restrictive Covenant Litigation for Georgia Business Litigation (Daily Report Books). He has co-authored a Practice Note on Georgia Confidentiality, Nondisclosure and Non-Solicitation Agreements (Thomson Reuters). Currently, Ben serves as the Chair-Elect of the AIPLA’s Trade Secrets Committee. He was named one of Georgia’s Legal Elite, a Top 100 SuperLawyer in Georgia and was awarded an AV Preeminent rating by Martindale-Hubbell. He obtained his J.D. degree from Emory University School of Law (where he serves as the President of the Alumni Board) and his undergraduate degree from Duke University.
